February year-over-year home sales fell in Illinois as the number of available homes reached its lowest mark since 2008, according to data from Illinois REALTORS(R).
In February 2024, statewide home sales (including single-family homes and condominiums) of 7,576 homes sold was 1.2 percent lower than 7,668 sold in February 2023. In February there were only 15,502 homes for sale state . . .
