DENVER, Colorado, March 22 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on March 21, 2024:
House Speaker Julie McCluskie today introduced legislation to restore critical protections for Colorado's streams, rivers and wetlands. HB24-1379 is also sponsored by Senator Dylan Roberts and Representative Karen McCormick.
