WASHINGTON, March 20 -- Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, R-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release:
As part of National Nutrition Month, Representatives Brian Fitzpatrick (PA-1), Jahana Hayes (CT-5), and Julia Brownley (CA-26) introduced the Scratch Cooked Meals for Students Act, to launch a grant program under the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to expand scratch cooking in schools.
