PHOENIX, Arizona, March 19 -- Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes issued the following news release on March 18, 2024:
Attorney General Kris Mayes today announced a settlement with DT Automotive Center, Inc. dba Desert Toyota of Tucson ("Desert Toyota"), Tucson-based automotive dealership, for deceptive advertising practices.
