CHARLESTON, West Virginia, March 15 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on March 14, 2024:
Arthur Ray Elkins, 59, of Chesapeake, pleaded guilty today to distribution of 50 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.
