ST. PAUL, Minnesota, March 13 -- The Minnesota Senate Republican Caucus issued the following news on March 12, 2024:
Today Sen. Farnsworth (R- Hibbing) voted to repair changes made to student resource officers (SRO) laws last year. After an amendment was added, the bill passed the Senate with a 57-9 vote. About an hour later, the House voted to send the bill to a conference committee to work out the differences.
