Today, Congressman Carlos A. Gimenez pressed General Gregory M. Guillot, Commander of the U.S. Northern Command and Northern American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), on the fact that transnational Mexican cartels are using Chinese precursor chemicals to manufacture fentanyl that is poisoning American communities.
