Congressman Raul Ruiz, M.D, (CA-25) announced the inclusion of 15 Community Projects for California's 25th in the Fiscal Year 2024 spending bills, which were signed by President Biden late Friday night. These 15 Community Projects secure a $17.7 million investment in vital infrastructure needs for the Congressman's district spanning Needles down to Calexico.
