LOUISVILLE, Kentucky, March 12 -- Rep. Morgan McGarvey, D-Kentucky, issued the following news release on March 11, 2024:
Today, Congressman McGarvey (KY-03) and Senators Rand Paul (R-KY) and Cory Booker (D-NJ) introduced the Justice for Breonna Taylor Act. This bill would prohibit federal law enforcement and state and local police departments that receive federal funding from executing no-knock warrants. The bill is named in honor of Breonna Taylor, who was killed in her Louisville . . .
