On Friday, U.S. Congressman Mike Waltz (FL-6) sent a letter to President Joe Biden questioning his administration's announcement of a U.S. military operation to establish a temporary port off the coast of Gaza to provide additional aid to Palestinians and laid out concerns over how American taxpayer funded aid will be distributed to an area controlled by Hamas terrorists.
