WASHINGTON, March 8 -- Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minnesota, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senators Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Tina Smith (D-MN) announced that the House of Representatives passed legislation that included $750,000 for the construction of a new water tower and $2,100,000 to improve the wastewater infrastructure in Waseca. Klobuchar and Smith requested the funding along with U.S. Representative Brad Finstad (R-MN). The bill now goes to the Senate for final passage. . . .
