ST. PAUL, Minnesota, March 8 -- The Minnesota State Auditor issued the following news release:
"The Infrastructure Stress Transparency Tool helps Minnesotans understand the physical and financial condition of water and sewer systems throughout the state," said Auditor Blaha.
