Today, U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz (FL-01) introduced legislation to allow survivors of the 1996 Khobar Towers attack, who were previously overlooked for missed compensation, to receive the "catch-up" payments authorized by the Fairness for 9/11 Families Act.
On the night of June 25, 1996, a bomb was detonated near the Khobar Tower housing complex in Dhahran . . .
