Today, Congressman Carlos A. Gimenez (FL-28) announced Cuban opposition leader and Human Rights Champion Rosa Maria Paya as his guest for the State of the Union. Rosa Maria is a tireless fighter for Cuba's liberation from Communism and is the daughter of renowned activist Oswaldo Paya, who was murdered by the criminal Castro regime.
