ALEXANDRIA, Virginia, March 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia issued the following news release on March 6, 2024:

A Leesburg man pleaded guilty today to wire fraud for his scheme to defraud a federal COVID-19 relief plan.
