Today, U.S. Representative Mark Pocan (WI-02), co-chair and co-founder of the Congressional Labor Caucus, announced he was bringing Liz Shuler, President of the AFL-CIO, as his guest to this year's State of the Union. President Shuler represents more than 12 million workers nationwide, including thousands of Wisconsinites.
