MARTINSBURG, West Virginia, March 5 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Javier Lewis Howard, age 41, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison to be followed by three years of supervised release for the distribution of cocaine.
