U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz (FL-01) released the following statement in response to the Supreme Court of the United States' unanimous ruling to overturn the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to remove Donald J. Trump from the 2024 presidential ballot:
"Activist judges in Colorado and other liberal states believe that the American People should not have the right to vote . . .
