WASHINGTON, March 1 -- Rep. Salud Carbajal, D-California, issued the following news release:
Congressman Salud Carbajal (CA-24) joined Congressmen Brad Schneider (IL-10) and Jimmy Panetta (CA-19) and 26 colleagues in voicing support for President Joe Biden's efforts to reach an agreement between Israel and Hamas to bring hostages home and provide a pause in the fighting in Gaza. Israel has agreed to the framework of such a pause but Hamas has so far rejected it.
