WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Chris Deluzio, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release on Feb. 28, 2024:
Today, Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) announced $3,322,211 to bolster early childhood education at the Council of Three Rivers American Indian Center (COTRAIC). These funds come from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and will specifically invest in the Center's Early Head Start Program, which serves children ages 0-3 in the Native American community . . .
