Justice Dept.: Pharmacy Owner & Operations Manager Convicted of $2.3M Ohio Medicaid Fraud

WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- The U.S. Department of Justice issued the following news release on Feb. 28, 2024:

A federal jury convicted an Ohio pharmacist and his operations manager, a pharmacy technician, yesterday for conspiring to defraud Ohio's Medicaid program.
