Today, Representative Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) released a statement following the announcement of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) suing to stop the merger of Kroger & Albertsons.
"The $24.6 billion merger between Albertsons and Kroger would harm consumers and employees. It would drive up prices, cost workers jobs, and reduce competitio . . .
