HUNTINGTON, West Virginia, Feb. 27 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release on Feb. 26, 2024:
Thomas V. Ratcliff, also known as "Twin," 32, of South Point, Ohio, was sentenced today to two years and six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
