SCRANTON, Pennsylvania, Feb. 27 -- Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Pennsylvania, issued the following news release on Feb. 26, 2024:

Today, U.S. Congressman Matt Cartwright (PA-08) announced that Scranton Police Detective Kyle Gilmartin will be his guest at the 2024 State of the Union Address on March 7 in Washington, D.C.
