DENVER, Colorado, Feb. 24 -- The Colorado Senate Democrats issued the following news release on Feb. 23, 2024:
Legislation aimed at mitigating damage from wildfires by allowing Coloradans living in homeowners' associations (HOAs) to use fire-hardened building materials cleared the Senate today.
