DENVER, Colorado, Feb. 24 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado issued the following news release:
The United States Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado announces that Marlene McGuire, 59, of Colorado Springs was sentenced to 30 years in prison for her role in a conspiracy to distribute fentanyl resulting in the death of a juvenile. McGuire was found guilty by a federal jury in Denver in September of 2023.
