CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, Feb. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri issued the following news release:
A man from Jackson, Missouri on Wednesday admitted selling fentanyl to someone who later suffered a fatal overdose.
