NEW BERN, North Carolina, Feb. 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina issued the following news release:
Arturo Barcenas Gonzalez (Barcenas) pleaded guilty to one count of tax evasion before United States Magistrate Judge Robert B. Jones, Jr. At sentencing, Barcenas faces a statutory maximum of 60 months' imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and three years of supervised release. Barcenas will also be required to pay restitution to the Intern . . .
