St. Helena - Today, Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-04) led a bipartisan letter to California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) President Alice Bushing Reynoldsurging CPUC to reject AT&T's petition to end access to landline services. Rep. Thompson was joined by 14 members of the California delegation.
