This week, Rep. Barry Moore (AL-02) participated in a House Freedom Caucus press conference to discuss the need for true Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) reform that includes a warrant requirement. The FBI has been using legal loopholes to turn Section 702 into a domestic spying authority, allowing these agencies to conduct hundreds of thousands of warrantless searches for Americans� . . .
