BOSTON, Massachusetts, Feb. 17 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release on Feb. 16, 2024:
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is deleting the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, located in Kittery, Maine, from the National Priorities List (NPL), commonly referred to as Superfund.
