Oklahoma City: New Ordinance Requires Property Owners to Repair Damaged Exterior Signs

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, Feb. 16 -- The Oklahoma City government issued the following news release on Feb. 15, 2024:

To beautify business corridors and neighborhoods throughout the city, the City Council on February 13 approved sign codes requiring property owners to improve the maintenance of their exterior signs.

The new ordinance on outdoor signage will go into effect on March 15. Signs that are in disrepair, damaged, deteriorated, abandoned, illegible or no longer p . . .
