WASHINGTON, Feb. 13 -- The House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Accountability issued the following testimony by Mara E. Rudman, a distinguished professor at the University of Virginia, involving a joint hearing with the Subcommittee on Global Health, Global Human Rights and International Organizations on Jan. 30, 2024, entitled "UNRWA Exposed: Examining the Agency's Mission and Failures." UNRWA is the U.N. Relief and Works Agency.
