Commissioner Keon Hardemon, alongside Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion and renovation of the Joseph Caleb Auditorium, 5400 NW 22nd Ave., Miami FL 33142, on Friday, Feb. 16, at 10:30 a.m.
