Today, Congressman Bill Foster (D-IL) introduced two pieces of legislation to help expand access to treatment for substance use disorders: the Examining Opioid Treatment Infrastructure Act and the bipartisan Medicaid Coverage for Addiction Recovery Expansion (CARE) Act.
