WASHINGTON, Feb. 6 -- Rep. Ralph Norman, R-South Carolina, issued the following news release:
On Monday, Rep. Ralph Norman (SC-05) introduced A Fast-Tracked Executive Rescission Review of Appropriations Act (AFTER Appropriations Act [https://norman.house.gov/uploadedfiles/after_appropriations_text_118th.pdf].) This bill would require Congress to vote on Presidential rescission requests with an expedited time frame.
