WASHINGTON, Feb. 5 -- Rep. Gus M. Bilirakis, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Gus Bilirakis issued the following statement after introducing a measure to stop U.S. taxpayer funding from going to the government of Azerbaijan.
"Current law prohibits United States assistance to the Government of Azerbaijan until the President determines and notifies Congress that the Government of Azerbaijan is taking demonstrable steps to cease all block . . .
