Today, U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Committee, and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), introduced a bill designating the Clarksburg Federal Courthouse as the "Irene M. Keeley United States Courthouse."
