LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, Dec. 21 -- Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin issued the following news release on Dec. 20, 2023:
Attorney General Tim Griffin today issued the following statement after filing an amicus brief on behalf of 23 state attorneys general with the Colorado Supreme Court in defense of the First Amendment rights of cakemaker Jack Phillips and Masterpiece Cakeshop, Inc.:
"Jack Phillips has already successfully fought for his right to speak consiste . . .
