ASHEVILLE, North Carolina, Dec. 15 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, Dena J. King, issued the following news release on Dec. 14, 2023:
Today, Brandon Alan Purvis, 44, of Waynesville, N.C., was sentenced to 27 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release for trafficking methamphetamine and illegal possession of a firearm, announced Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.
