BECKLEY, West Virginia, Nov. 10 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, Will Thompson, issued the following news release on Nov. 9, 2023:
Rance Allen Mitchem, 41, of Lewisburg, pleaded guilty today to possession with intent to distribute 5 grams or more of methamphetamine.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on July 27, 2022, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at a Lewisburg apartment where Mitchem was stay . . .
