BECKLEY, West Virginia, Nov. 3 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia, Will Thompson, issued the following news release:
La Percy Demond Allen, also known as "Pete," 44, of Toledo, Ohio, was sentenced today to eight years and six months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, for the distribution of fentanyl and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
