CONCORD, New Hampshire, Sept. 20 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Rockingham County Superior Court has entered an order granting a preliminary injunction against Cory Spencer, formerly the lead contractor for PHX Remodeling and currently doing business as "NHcustommade4u." The preliminary injunction temporarily enjoins Spencer from owning or operating any construction bus . . .
