BOSTON, Massachusetts, Aug. 30 -- The Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, Joshua S. Levy, issued the following news release on Aug. 29, 2023:
A member of the Boston street gang "D Street" pleaded guilty today to illegally possessing multiple firearms and ammunition while a convicted felon and while he was under house arrest for a state firearm charge.
