CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, July 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina, Dena J. King, issued the following news release on July 19, 2023:
Today, U.S. District Judge Max O. Cogburn, Jr. sentenced Allen Shunte Plowden, 38, of Charlotte, to 151 months in prison followed by six years of supervised release for cocaine distribution and illegal firearm possession, announced Dena J. King, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina.
