CAPE GIRARDEAU, Missouri, May 13 (TNSsel) -- Southeast Missouri State University issued the following news:
The Southeast Missouri State Board of Governors approved restructuring tuition to streamline college cost and increase transparency. The move reduces tuition to two rates for undergraduate students--one for domestic, U.S. students and one for non-domestic students.
