CONCORD, New Hampshire, Dec. 1 -- New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella issued the following news release:
Attorney General John M. Formella announces that Michael Drouin (age 30) of Merrimack, New Hampshire, has been indicted on one felony count of interference with election communications related to the April 13, 2021, Hillsborough District 21 special election.
The indictment is for a violation of RSA 659:40-a, interference with communication, a Class B Felony. . . .
