TUCSON, Arizona, May 4 -- Tucson Electric Power issued the following news release:
The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and Tucson Electric Power (TEP) have become the newest participants in the Western Energy Imbalance Market (WEIM), with both utilities formally joining today.
