DULUTH, Minnesota, Jan. 27 (TNSPol) -- The Center for Biological Diversity issued the following news release on Jan. 25, 2022:

Conservation groups sued the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Forest Service and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers today, saying their approval of the PolyMet open-pit copper mine and land exchange in the Superior National Forest in northeastern Minnesota violates the Endangered Species Act.
