WASHINGTON, Oct. 30 (TNSPol) -- The Environmental Defense Fund issued the following news release on Oct. 29, 2021:
The U.S. Supreme Court today agreed to hear a case about the Environmental Protection Agency's long-standing authority to limit climate pollution from power plants.
